When you access or use ConnexonAI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to the Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Service Description

ConnexonAI provides an omnichannel customer conversation platform that integrates WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, email, and other communication channels into a unified dashboard with AI automation features.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Eligible plans include a free trial period. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• cancelUse the Service for any illegal purpose
• cancelSend spam, unsolicited, or abusive messages through the platform
• cancelAttempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the Service
• cancelResell or sublicense the Service without authorization
• cancelTransmit malware or harmful code through the Service

6. Data & Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining necessary consent from customers before transmitting customer data through the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and content provided by ConnexonAI are our intellectual property. Data uploaded by customers to the Service remains the property of the customer.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and outages beyond our control may occur.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the account at any time. After termination, we will retain your data for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

ConnexonAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.
